After shipment: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. If you no longer need the items, please receive the package and initiate a return per our Return Policy.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — Main Destinations: For orders shipped to
the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and most other
major markets, Hushwing Home handles all import duties and taxes. The
price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.

Remote & Non-Mainland Destinations: For deliveries to extremely remote
areas, offshore territories, or countries where DDP service is not
available, any local import duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees
may be the responsibility of the buyer.
